Liz is the founder and CEO of the socially conscious fashion brand Sseko Designs and is now the Chief Growth Officer of Noonday Collection.

After buying a one-way plane ticket to Uganda, Liz started Sseko to provide educational and economic opportunities for women in East Africa, while producing a brand of beautifully designed and sustainably conscious products from jewelry to clothes, shoes, and handbags. Liz continues to channel her Inner Beginner as she inspires thousands of community members across multiple continents, as a courageous, creative, and effective leader.

I had no experience (or interest!) in fashion before launching and growing an international fashion brand. (Spoiler alert: I love it now!)

I married to my best friend, Ben. We have three boys under the age of 7 and live on what I (half-jokingly) refer to as an urban commune in Portland, Oregon.
